This guide is written for the person standing at the counter. Every page tells you which button to tap, in the order you tap it.
This guide covers the app itself, the screens you sign in to and work on. There are two public pages outside it, which you can open without signing in: the privacy policy at /privacy, and a short product overview page at /deck that explains what the app does.

New here? Read these three first
On your first day you only need three things: get in, sell, and know your stock.
- Getting Started. Open your shop with the code we sent you, finish the short 3-step setup, and load your old stock list from Excel, CSV or a photo of your register.
- Quick Sale. The counter screen. Find a medicine by typing or speaking, sell full strips or loose tablets, take the money, hand over the bill.
- Inventory and Stock. Add a product once, then add a batch each time you buy it. This is where the app learns what you have, what it cost and when it expires.
Everything else can wait until you need it.

A few things worth knowing before you start
- The app picks the batch that expires first when you sell, on its own. You never have to choose a batch. Expired batches are never sold.
- Nothing is written into your books until you tap the save button on that screen: Sell, Complete Sale, Save Purchase, Import, Confirm & bill. A scan or a preview changes nothing.
- Every message the app sends on WhatsApp goes from your own number. You pick the contact and press send yourself. Sending bills automatically is a Pro feature.
- Billing, inventory and reports are free on every plan. The paid plan adds GST return files, the credit note document, the Financial Position report, the product by product stock value, distributor orders, staff logins, multiple shops and automatic WhatsApp sending.
- There are no prices anywhere in the app and no payment screen. For plans, credits or cost, write to info@entyti.com.
