Does it work when the internet goes down?
Honest answer: offline billing is rolling out, not fully live yet. The system is built for outages from the ground up, and today the browser and Android apps are engineered to keep the counter responsive on flaky connections. Full offline billing, where you keep printing bills with zero internet and sync when it returns, is in staged release. We will never quietly claim it early: when your account gets it, you will see it switched on.
What is the trial code, and why do I need one?
The 7-day free trial is full-featured and needs no credit card, just a trial code. We issue codes personally instead of open signup so every trial store gets a real human walkthrough and a stock file imported on day one. Ask for a code and you will usually have it the same day.
Can you migrate my data from my current software?
Yes. The any-file stock import takes exports from Marg, Tally, Excel sheets, CSVs, even a photo of a supplier invoice, and the AI reads it into clean stock records with batches and expiry. On Enterprise, migration is guided end to end; on other plans, the one-time setup covers it, or DIY it during the trial.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Your sales, stock, customers and GST records are yours. Export them in standard formats at any time, on any plan, including after cancellation. No exit fee, no hostage data. That is the point of the ledger: it belongs to the chemist, not the software.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Entyti Medical runs in any modern browser and installs as an Android app on the phone or tablet you already own. It prints to standard thermal and A4 printers and shows UPI-QR on screen. No hardware lock-in, ever.
Is WhatsApp really included, not extra?
Yes. On Growth and Enterprise, WhatsApp reminders via wa.me are live today at no extra charge, where some rivals bill around Rs 25,000 for a WhatsApp add-on. Full auto-send is activating now and will land in the same plans, still without an add-on fee.
